About The Position

The Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs focuses on improving talent acquisition operations. This role leads efforts to optimize recruitment processes, experience, productivity, and budget impact. The position partners with vendors and HR Centers of Expertise to create a seamless candidate experience for both internal and external candidates.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • In depth knowledge of Talent Acquisition process flows.
  • Solid knowledge of process improvement and project management methodologies.
  • Experienced focused, big picture thinker with the ability to know about how to create solutions that deliver desired outcomes.
  • Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with an excellent sense of urgency and follow through.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 5 Years of Experience

Nice To Haves

  • LEAN or Six Sigma training preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and experience of TA processes and systems. Gain insight and approval on recommendations. Drive the execution of these improvements.
  • Manages TA vendor partnerships, including evaluation and evolution, to meet TA function needs.
  • Oversees the vendor invoicing process, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely.
  • Partners with the HRIS team to ensure a healthy TA technology ecosystem. Drives adoption of tools and resources. Maintains effective training for the TA team.
  • Oversees talent programs such as employee referral, relocation, etc driving best in class experiences through program evolution and stability.
  • Manages change management communication and efforts relating to TA process and system updates.
  • Oversee functional requirement gathering and UAT processes. Ensure solutions translate into top experiences and efficient, effective solutions.
  • Creates metrics and procedures to measure talent management impact on retention, performance, and quality of hire. Measures business outcomes like quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Designs reports and scorecards to monitor talent management process, talent development and utilization (e.g., IDP collections, key talent movement).
  • Performs HR activities like interviewing, hiring recommendations, orienting, evaluating, coaching, and team building. Assists with disciplinary actions if necessary.
