About The Position

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supplier Program Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be the primary point of contact for supplier-related activities and will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic supplier relationships. Your goal will be to drive supplier performance improvements, support program requirements, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. As a Supplier Program Manager, you will leverage your extensive experience and knowledge to execute supplier selection processes, lead negotiations, and manage contractual agreements. You will monitor and evaluate supplier performance through key metrics and implement necessary corrective actions to maintain a high level of service and product quality. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior related supply chain experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related supply chain experience.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related supply chain experience.

The applicant will be required to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and to make real-time plan adjustments in response to problems and unexpected interim results.
Must have working capability in the use of typical office computer programs for conduct of program management such as MS PowerPoint (presentations, logic diagrams), MS Project (basic scheduling), MS Excel (entering formulas, graphing, developing spreadsheets), and MS Word (tables, program plans).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Subcontract Managers, ensuring high performance and alignment with program requirements.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives with a focus on quality, delivery, cost, and innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to manage and resolve supplier-related issues.
Proactively address and mitigate risks to ensure program success.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Lead the supplier selection process and participate in negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms.
Monitor supplier performance through key metrics and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and present program status reports to senior leadership.
Travel and flexibility to work extended hours are required. Must be willing and able to travel regularly to other Aerojet Rocketdyne facilities and suppliers across the country.
