About The Position

Identify issues and recommend best practices based on specialized expertise. Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business improvements. Partner with teams to analyze business trends and inform strategic decisions. Facilitate collaboration among team members to enhance project outcomes. Assess and report on the progress of strategic initiatives within the function. Cross-functional collaboration: Foster strong partnerships between all functional workstreams (Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Partnerships, Treasury, etc.), acting as a critical liaison between leadership, staff, and other key partners Data-driven decision making: Leverage business intelligence to drive informed decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and provide executive-level insights while maintaining visibility of key metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, business development and/or corporate strategy team post graduate school
  • Select project management experience
  • Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility over time
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Results oriented mindset with strategic foresight to identify long-term impacts of decisions on business outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or quantitative degree from a top school preferred
  • Experience in financial services (particularly payments), technology and/or e-commerce preferred
