About The Position

The Manger, Business Integration is responsible for identifying business units or functional area needs that can be addressed with Data and/or Analytics assets leveraging global solutions for use in area/region of responsibility. This is an onsite Hybrid role based in our Miami, FL office. Value Creation & Business Impact Identify and shape high‑impact opportunities where Data Analytics can materially drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost efficiency. Own accountability for local value creation, ensuring Data Analytics initiatives translate into measurable, realized business outcomes. Quantify, validate, and track benefits of analytics initiatives to ensure clear alignment with business priorities and investment decisions. Embed data‑driven decision-making by consistently demonstrating how insights influence performance, trade-offs, and outcomes. Executive Communication & Stakeholder Partnership Build credibility and trust with business leaders through clear, concise, and transparent communication on progress, impact, and value realization. Translate analytics into business-relevant insight, framing solutions in terms of decisions enabled, risks mitigated, and value delivered. Act as the strategic local interface for Data Analytics, aligning business needs with analytics capabilities and setting realistic expectations on impact. Develop strong, trusted stakeholder relationships to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained use of data-driven solutions. Strategic Prioritization & Delivery Alignment Shape and own local analytics priorities, ensuring focus remains on initiatives that deliver the greatest business value. Partner closely with Data Analytics execution teams to coordinate delivery and ensure outcomes remain aligned to evolving business objectives. Continuously reassess priorities and plans, balancing local needs with enterprise direction and capacity constraints. Provide structured governance and cadence, enabling informed trade-offs, issue resolution, and timely decision-making with stakeholders. Analytics Innovation & Future Value Proactively identify and frame critical business problems where advanced analytics can unlock new sources of value. Champion innovative, scalable analytics solutions, leveraging available capabilities to address both immediate and future business needs. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver complex initiatives that are sustainable, extensible, and enterprise-relevant. Promote continuous improvement, staying close to emerging analytics trends and translating them into practical business applications. Team Leadership & Capability Development Develop and strengthen local analytics talent, focusing on business acumen, critical thinking, and value-driven delivery. Coach and mentor team members to ensure work remains outcome-focused and aligned to business priorities. Assume line-management responsibility where required, building a high-performing team equipped to deliver sustained, measurable impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in business strategy, solutioning, business analysis, insurance, business intelligence, or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in translating insights into recommendations
  • 4+ years of experience in insurance, warranty, technology or data analytics
  • Experience with concepts and business applications of statistical analyses, such as predictive modeling, time series analysis, exploratory data analysis, segmentation and cluster analysis, retention, etc.
  • Experience with project management and leading project teams
  • A bachelor’s degree in the fields of analytics, business, mathematics, computer science or other related fields
