About The Position

This role is designed for a strategic, consultative sales professional who will own and grow relationships with key enterprise and large mid-market clients. The Manager, Strategic Accounts will drive revenue through multi-solution selling, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships while establishing strong trust with executive stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success, adoption, and long-term growth. This position requires navigating complex organizational structures, managing extended sales cycles, and translating client priorities into actionable business outcomes. The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape client experiences while contributing to business growth in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment, preferably focused on enterprise or upper mid-market clients
  • Proven experience selling into executive audiences and navigating complex organizational structures
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to align solutions to business and operational goals
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles (3–12 months) and closing high-value deals ($50K–$500K+)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities
  • Comfortable participating in video and occasional in-person meetings, with flexibility for remote work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vertical SaaS or professional services (accounting, legal, consulting) is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and high-potential accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and sales lead
  • Drive new business growth while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing clients
  • Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and targeted prospecting
  • Build adoption plans that align solutions with client leadership goals and measurable business outcomes
  • Lead discovery and solution-oriented conversations with executive stakeholders such as CFOs, COOs, and Managing Partners
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting in CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
