About The Position

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a highly driven Strategic Accounts Manager to lead the growth and management of key client relationships. This role is instrumental in executing our commercial strategy, expanding our footprint with high-value clients, and driving revenue growth as we pursue our $1B vision. The Strategic Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining deep, trusted partnerships with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires a results-driven mindset, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver value-added solutions -- environmental compliance, on-site testing and monitoring, and laboratory testing and analysis -- to our industrial clients. This job is going to be paying between $125,000 to $200,000 annually.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development in the environmental services, laboratory testing, compliance, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, achieving revenue targets, and driving business expansion.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of environmental compliance, emissions testing, and laboratory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Alliance with the client organization, fostering strong, consultative relationships.
  • Understand clients’ environmental compliance needs and business challenges, positioning Alliance as a trusted partner.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and long-term partnership value, including forecasting, sales projections, account performance, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across Alliance Technical Group’s portfolio of services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities within an assigned set of existing accounts.
  • Drive client engagement, satisfaction, and retention through regular touchpoints, performance reviews, and service optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (business development managers, service line sales leaders, operations, marketing, and technical experts) to deliver seamless service and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine account strategies.
  • Work with operations and business line leaders to negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and service agreements to drive profitable growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and sales analytics tools to improve decision-making and drive results.
