About the Strategic Account Management Team Our Strategic Account Management team is focused on growing GMV sales for Walmart's e-commerce marketplaces by providing strategic advice to cross-border sellers. We drive engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance the seller experience. Your role will be key in executing Walmart's cross-border trade e-commerce strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of developing partnerships and driving sales growth
  • Experience in selling e Commerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions
  • Ability to build trust quickly and lead by influence through data
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management
  • Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business of accounts across key categories
  • Drive and exceed seller revenue growth goals through seller programs
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new strategic sellers
  • Champion and evangelize our platform to prospective sellers
