About the Team The Platform Account Development team drives adoption and growth of DoorDash Platform solutions across hundreds of thousands of SMB restaurant partners in the U.S. (SMB defined as ≤150 locations). This team works closely with Account Management to understand each restaurant’s first-party growth goals — including online ordering and owned channel expansion — and delivers tailored solutions that unlock long-term value. About the Role As Manager, Strategic Account Development, you will lead a team of frontline sales representatives responsible for achieving SMB Platform volume goals. You will play a critical role in driving sales performance by hiring, developing, and coaching top talent while fostering an inclusive, high-energy, and performance-oriented culture. You will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Account Development, and lead a distributed team across the U.S. This is a remote role and must be based within the United States.
