The Client Conversion Services (CCS) Implementation team ensures the detailed transition of Broker Dealers, Advisors, Bank and Trust firms and Family Office clients onto the Fidelity Institutional Wealth Management Services' (FIWMS) platform. The Manager, Implementation Project Management will do the following: Onboarding of new Fidelity Registered Investment Advisors and/or Broker Dealers Supporting existing advisors and firms who are converting onto the platform. Leading small to mid-level Implementation Projects as well as acting in a support capacity for larger conversion events The Manager, Implementation Project Management will ensure the seamless transition of Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) and Broker Dealers onto the Fidelity platform. This includes implementing client relationships with minimal direction, developing the new relationships, and leading the overall Implementation process and conversion of asset. The Manager, Implementation Project Management will be required to handle small to mid-level deals with and assist on larger, more sophisticated clients.

  • Advise the overall asset conversion plans for new clients to FIWMS.
  • Analyze the source and figure out the best methods to achieve successful conversion.
  • Lead the overall client relationship during the on-boarding experience, including setting appropriate client expectations and delivering on the customer experience index.
  • Act as a liaison on behalf of client to FIWMS organization to address client issues.
  • Work with the client to resolve daily issues involving account set up, transfer of assets, account maintenance, and other customer service issues.
  • Analyze the procedures, products, and business practices of the client to align with FIWMS policies and procedures and negotiate mutually acceptable solutions and alternatives when vital.
  • Make recommendations on standard processes.
  • Lead small to mid-level projects, with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Provide peer onsite support as business needs arise.
  • Series 7 required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 5 years in financial services industry. Including experience in the institutional or high net worth client management or relationship building role
  • Strong knowledge of the Fidelity business segments; understanding of the industry, financial markets, and competitor influences
  • Experience with a full breadth of investment solutions, products and services provided to Fidelity clients
  • Outstanding organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to balance multiple sophisticated relationship/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of securities regulation SRO rules and standard industry policies and procedures
  • Solid understanding of Fidelity brokerage policy and procedures
  • Solid understanding of FBSI, XTRAC and EXCEL
  • Outstanding verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of time
