About The Position

Oversees operational management of assigned physician practices. Responsible for ongoing management of all practices within the organization beginning at the time of physician recruitment. Responsible for assisting leadership in developing and ensuring appropriate systems, policies and standards are in place to produce strong financial performance, excellent clinical outcomes and patient, staff and physician satisfaction. MUST HAVE EPIC experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of progressive multispecialty practice management experience, including front office billing and collections.
• Epic experience required.
