SUMMARY: Under general supervision, the Solutions Center Manager is responsible for leading the sales support team with their assigned location to support their customers and help achieve defined sales goals. This role requires handling the administrative services of sales and acts as liaison between customers, our sales force, and distribution. JOB DUTIES Supervises, hires, trains, and disciplines the sales support team with the location. Assists in servicing customers through familiarity and knowledge of products. Ensures customer service is a focal point of every interaction. Hires, builds, trains, and evaluates the team, as well as driving accountability. Works closely with the outside sales group to develop and grow the business. Works with other managers to share knowledge, identify best practices, and cultivate opportunities to grow. Analyzes inventory for opportunities to increase turns and grow sales. Prioritizes tasks, coordinates workflow, and shifts resources as necessary to support customers. Identifies training needs of the team and coordinate as necessary. Sets goals and tracks measures across the team. Maintains audit and inventory performance at location. Monitors and identifies opportunities to improve financial performance. Implements and ensures all safety guidelines are followed. Maintains key relationships with other internal managers. Performs other duties as assigned.
