Job Details This role is in support of Cencora's specialty distribution services in the US. Under the general direction of the Sr. Director, Product Operations & Customer Support, this position manages the assembly, QA, delivery and support of the Global Products & Solutions hardware and software solutions. Responsible for leadership and oversight of staff and serve as liaison for fulfillment and support to Global Products & Solutions management and Global Products and Solutions customers. Will oversee vendor ordering, Global Products and Solutions hardware assembly, quality assurance of assembly process, and field installation. Ensure documentation and reporting for internal and external clients, and support efforts for existing equipment in the field. Position will require learning proprietary software and hardware solutions. Key Customers include hospitals, emergency rooms, hospital blood banks, hospital pharmacies, stroke centers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers, CRO's and international entities. This position is full time in-person, Monday – Friday in Frisco, TX
