The Marketing Manager partners closely with Merchandising leadership to translate business strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans that deliver measurable consumer impact and financial performance. The role will also drive market competitiveness and operational excellence through rigorous performance analysis, process improvement, and strong agency and vendor management, while building and leading a high-performing team through effective coaching, development, and resource planning.
