Position Summary Seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Manager to lead a team of five colleagues responsible for supporting brokers who utilize the Small Group digital platform for quoting, sold business and renewals. This role will over-see a broker facing team that responds to inquiries, resolves issues and ensures brokers have a seamless experience. The Manager will play a critical role in driving service excellence, response timelines and ensuring the team delivers knowledgeable, proactive support that builds confidence in our platform and overall service model.
