About The Position

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Small Group Employee Benefits team. You’ll manage a group of accounts, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued every step of the way. This role is all about building strong relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and making a real impact on our clients’ success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
Producer's License.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
Solid financial acumen.
A knack for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ability to explain complex insurance solutions in simple terms.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
Lead the renewal process, working closely with our Production team to deliver the best solutions on time.
Strengthen relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to offer additional support.
Help secure existing business while driving the sale of new services and coverage options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management and client satisfaction
