This position is responsible for executing Reactor Services to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage and on-line activities, aligning with Constellation Corporate and clean energy center goals. It involves standardizing outage and on-line processes and procedures across assigned Constellation Nuclear clean energy centers and reinforcing standards and expectations for Outage Services personnel to ensure an error-free and professional work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, construction, computer science, mathematics, or physics) with 8 years of related experience
Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience
Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 10 years of related experience
High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Prior Dry Cask Storage or Reactor Services experience
MBA or financial budget experience
Senior Reactor Operator License or Cert
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed
Experience in Mechanical work or Maintenance
Supervisory or managerial experience

Responsibilities

Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.
Develop scope schedule and budget with the life cycle cost management system.
Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned clean energy center. Provide primary communication with client site management and major vendor service organization
Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants
Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at clean energy center.
Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and clean energy center management.
Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for employees.
