About The Position

Qualcomm is expanding the global ecosystem for intelligent edge, automotive, IoT, compute, and data center by building strong, high‑impact partnerships with the world’s leading technology providers. We are seeking a highly motivated Manager or Senior Manager to join our Strategic Accounts organization and lead engagement with key enterprise technology partners. As a Manager/Senior Manager, Business Development for Technology Partnerships, you will own Qualcomm’s relationships with major enterprise SaaS, platform, and technology ecosystem partners, responsible for driving joint business outcomes through co-selling, co-building, and strategic alignment with those partners. You will drive joint solutions, GTM motions, and partner‑led revenue acceleration across priority industries, playing a critical part in accelerating revenue, expanding ecosystem influence, and shaping high-impact partnerships. You will also shape Qualcomm’s roadmap by translating partner needs, platform requirements, and ecosystem trends into actionable insights for Qualcomm product, engineering, and business. This is a high-impact, strategic role that combines ecosystem development, co‑solution incubation, field engagement, and executive relationship ownership to scale Qualcomm’s footprint through influential technology partners. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise partnerships, business development, or strategic account management, with experience navigating large matrixed organizations and collaborating across product, engineering, and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.

  • This is an office based position that is eligible to work out of Qualcomm's Santa Clara or San Diego locations and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy, however the position also requires the ability to travel as required (approx. 25–35%) for partner meetings, events, and internal cross‑site collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, strategic BD, enterprise platform ecosystems, or GTM leadership within cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, data, or infrastructure technology environments.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Proven track record driving multi‑party partnerships and high‑complexity technical solutions from concept to scaled deployments.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions, SaaS/AI GTM frameworks, and partner-led revenue generation.
  • Strong executive presence, relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with edge compute, AI/ML platforms, enterprise data stacks, and/or IoT/automotive/data center technologies.
  • Experience partnering with large enterprise technology companies.
  • Understanding of automotive, industrial IoT, edge computing, cloud‑edge, or orchestration markets.
  • Prior experience launching partner-led solutions with reference architectures, certification programs, or technical enablement assets.
  • Ability to leverage Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and analytics tools for pipeline creation, forecasting, and insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

  • Own and Grow Strategic Technology Partnerships
  • Manage 2-5 major technology partners and lead the executive relationship
  • Define multi‑year partnership strategies and joint value propositions across IoT, Edge, automotive, and data center segments.
  • Drive Partner‑Led Demand & Revenue
  • Create and progress joint pipeline through co‑selling, field alignment, and solution positioning.
  • Identify high‑impact use cases that leverage Qualcomm compute, connectivity, and AI capabilities.
  • Incubate and Scale Joint Solutions
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver PoCs, pilots, and repeatable partner solutions.
  • Support integration, technical validation, and creation of reference architectures and collateral.
  • Influence Qualcomm Roadmap
  • Gather partner requirements across edge, cloud, AI/ML platforms, translating them into structured feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Execute, Operationalize & Represent Qualcomm
  • Lead agreements, joint business planning, QBRs, and forecasting.
  • Represent Qualcomm at partner summits, field engagements, industry events, and executive meetings.
