Position Overview The CVS Health Aetna Enterprise Delivery team is looking for an innovative thought partner who has both a scrum master and project manager skillset to serve as a key contributor on critical technical programs. This role will require an out-of-the-box problem solver who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning, self-motivated, results-oriented, and high-energy who can easily function in a high demand, performance driven environment. Carry out and facilitate Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product Owner, and driving continuous improvement. Ensure the effective implementation of the Scrum framework, creating a conducive environment for the team’s success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Experience in applying and adapting project management techniques when applicable where you will support the planning, coordination and tactical execution of IT projects across business and functional areas. Position Summary The Scrum Master will be responsible for operating an agile based SDLC for a project or application/domain team consisting of development and business resources in an implementation of large, complex technology and business-oriented projects. They will also be responsible for the coaching/mentoring of existing development & business managers/leads on this methodology as it is implemented and used during the project development life cycle.
