You will lead a team of Account Executives (AEs) to drive net new business at Bloomerang. This role is an integral part of the sales organization. You will be responsible for shifting the team from 'Feature Dumpers’' to 'High-Velocity Value Sellers' by providing coaching on connecting technical features to financial outcomes and business objectives. As the Sales Manager, you will teach the AE’s to act as the CEO of their own business and enable them to successfully execute a sales plan and exceed quota by mastering the 'Value Selling' framework, ensuring every AE can identify the prospect’s 'Business Objective' (Revenue Goal) and the cost of inaction.
