About the Role The Manager, Sales Operations is an operational, results-driven leader who serves as the primary point of contact for the Conventions team on sales operations responsibilities including Customer Relationships Management (CRM) system administration and training, lead assignment, data needs, standards compliance, reporting, analysis, and auditing. This role leads a team of five Conventions Coordinators and is responsible for maintaining critical conventions data, optimizing systems, and ensuring consistent, high-quality support for Conventions Sales and Services managers.
