Hologic's Surgical Division is seeking a strategic and motivated leader to elevate our Sales Operations function and deliver exceptional outcomes to the field. The Manager, Sales Operations position will be a critical role in driving success both within the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team and the Surgical Division more broadly. This position will lead the end-to-end Sales Operations function, developing strategic imperatives in close partnership with the Surgical Division's commercial leadership, designing the processes and tools to execute on those strategies, and developing staff to improve the depth of insights on outcomes. You will be a critical thought partner to the Vice President of Sales and have direct accountability to high-visibility reporting deliverables around Division performance. Candidates should have a strong knowledge and demonstrated capability in sales organization design, strategic execution, and measurement tools that drive behavior aligned to delivering Division sales goals.
