About The Position

Role supports hospital-partnership origination and deal advancement across targeted markets. Responsibilities include warm-introduction pipeline management, prospect analysis, commercial intelligence development, meeting coordination, internal communication preparation, and overall process support to maintain high-quality deal execution. Position provides operational and analytical leverage to senior deal leads and ensures optimal utilization of external riverguides, consultants, and internal referral networks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in healthcare business development, consulting, enterprise sales, or health-system strategy (preferred).
  • Ability to conduct structured market analysis and synthesize findings into concise outputs.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Strong written communication skills, including executive briefings.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows with operational accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to support complex partnership cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within hospital, payer, or provider-focused commercial environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with health-system structures, decision dynamics, and partnership models beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with riverguides, advisors, and consultants to maximize warm handoffs, introduction flow, and prospect engagement quality.
  • Structure and maintain a systematic process to track introduction activity, conversion rates, and opportunity progression.
  • Coordinate and cultivate the internal referral network to ensure optimal capture of new opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive assessments and landscape reviews for targeted geographies.
  • Build decision-maker maps, organizational hierarchies, and influence pathways for each prospect.
  • Produce prospect summaries including strategic rationale, competitive posture, and risk considerations.
  • Support development of market entry strategies and localized commercial approaches.
  • Prepare executive-level communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update all deal-related information in Salesforce.
  • Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, partner meetings, and board-level reviews.
  • Maintain action trackers, timelines, and structured processes to ensure the deal team remains organized and prepared.
  • Coordinate partner-facing logistics including scheduling, document exchanges, and follow-up workflows.
  • Work across analytics, operations, clinical, and integration teams to support diligence and planning.
  • Assist senior leadership in preparation for negotiations and strategic discussions.
  • Maintain structured processes for intake, qualification, and tracking of inbound opportunities.
  • Monitor activity metrics and provide updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between referral activity, market strategy, and partnership objectives.
