About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Sales Finance, you will be the strategic financial partner that empowers our sales leaders and regional teams to win. You will turn data into insights and insights into bold actions that drive growth and profitability. Your leadership will influence decisions, modernize processes, and inspire collaboration across Finance, Sales, and beyond. Your Impact Champion financial leadership for regional Senior Vice Presidents and sales teams, identifying risks, uncovering opportunities, and shaping strategies that deliver results. Own regional customer P&Ls—spot trends, diagnose challenges, and provide recommendations that move the needle. Lead high-impact cross-functional discussions on volume, trade, investments, and cost-to-serve; translate complex inputs into clear, forward-looking guidance. Drive transformative Finance projects and build models that tell the story—ROI, pricing, mix, competitive analysis, and more. Analyze net sales and margin variances, connecting the dots between pricing, promotions, and investments to optimize performance. Ensure flawless execution during month-end and quarter-end trade promotional activities, safeguarding accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with Sales and Trade Finance to modernize processes and elevate efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 7+ years of progressive business and financial experience.
  • Expertise in project management, including system upgrades, roll-outs, or automation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles.
  • Experience with SAP or similar tools.
