What you get to do in this role: Manage the consolidation of a multi-billion-dollar sales budget spread across multiple geographies, incl. planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Break down financial results into meaningful insights and develop actionable strategies and recommendations to drive business decisions. Create financial models and develop insightful financial reports Lead projects aimed at profitability improvement, resource allocation, and transformation within the sales organization Drive strategic transformation across the finance organization Partner with key stakeholders in the finance and sales leadership team to drive strategic initiatives Develop and maintain strong relationships with other internal stakeholders and interact with key leaders across the company in support of the Sales team's success.
