The Manager Sales Enablement role involves assisting in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, focusing on alignment with sales objectives. This position contributes to the design and delivery of sales training programs, assesses training needs with sales leadership, analyzes sales performance data, and may manage a team of sales enablement professionals. The role also includes participating in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in sales and sales enablement
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, focusing on alignment with sales objectives.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of sales training programs, assisting with content development.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to assess training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes and provide recommendations.
  • May manage a team of sales enablement professionals, offering guidance and support.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management.
