Mark43 is hiring a Manager of Sales Development to lead and scale our Sales Development function supporting the State, Local, and Education (SLED) market. In this role, you will manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for inbound and outbound pipeline generation across public sector accounts. This is a highly visible player-coach role. In addition to managing and developing the SDR team, you will carry an individual pipeline quota and actively contribute to pipeline creation while helping shape the future of sales development at Mark43.
