The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, your team will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing and qualifying revenue opportunities. You will be a frontline manager of sales development representatives focused on building corporate sales pipeline and achieving individual, team and regional quotas. You will partner closely with marketing on demand generation programs and campaigns and collaborate to develop the corporate sales strategy and drive key initiatives to achieve sales objectives. The right candidate for this role has experience in SaaS sales at the enterprise level, is a passionate coach, and a leader among their peers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with team lead responsibilities OR managing an inside sales or sales development team in an Internet or SaaS company
  • 4+ years of enterprise SaaS experience as an individual contributor with a demonstrated track record of over achievement against quota
