This role oversees monthly and annual close processes, leads the external audit, and manages key regulatory filings including the IRS Form 990 and state charitable solicitations. The Finance Manager serves as the organization’s nonprofit accounting expert, ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with 501(c)(3) requirements. Reporting to the Controller, this role provides leadership and development for two finance supervisors and one finance specialist, fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and financial integrity across the organization.
