WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON The Revenue Operations team at Qualia is a dynamic and analytical group that is central to the success of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. We are the strategic partners to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership, providing the insights, processes, and systems they need to drive growth efficiently and effectively. Our mission is to build a world-class operational foundation that enables the entire revenue engine to scale. RESPONSIBILITIES As the Manager, Revenue Operations, you will be a key leader within the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director of RevOps. You will lead and mentor a team of 5 operations professionals, driving the operational excellence that powers our Sales and Marketing engines. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, equally comfortable architecting a new lead routing workflow as you are presenting performance insights to executive leadership.
