About The Position

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin as our next Manager Retail Operations – Hospital Gift Shops and Positive Image Salon. This is a vital role in enhancing the patient and visitor experience while driving revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring operational excellence. You will: Lead and oversee daily operations of four on site gift shops and the Positive Image Salon. Maintain a warm, professional, and compassionate environment in the Positive Image Salon, supporting oncology patients with dignity and care. Drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring revenues exceed expenses. Execute strong merchandising and product selection strategies tailored to patients, visitors, and staff. Make informed purchasing decisions based on sales trends, patient needs, and inventory performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree, in addition to experience below.
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience working in the hospitality or healthcare industry; including six (6) months experience in a lead capacity Required

Nice To Haves

  • Hospital gift shop experience Preferred
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system, both front-of-house cash register functions and back room computer management Preferred
