About The Position

As a Manager, Retail Media, you will deliver best-in-class retail media performance for our commerce clients. You bring deep expertise in Amazon Ads (DSP and Sponsored Ads) and retailer media networks, applying data-driven strategies that drive measurable growth across marketplaces and retail platforms. You will lead campaign strategy and execution across commerce media channels while partnering with cross-functional teams across paid media, analytics, and creative. This role requires strong experience managing Amazon Ads and Criteo campaigns, as well as familiarity with retailer media networks such as Target Roundel, Best Buy Ads, Walmart Connect, and similar platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing commerce media or retail media campaigns, with deep hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads (DSP and Sponsored Ads) and retail platforms
  • A confident communicator with strong presentation, reporting, and client management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and campaign management discipline.
  • Passionate about commerce media innovation and growing the expertise of those around you

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel retail media strategies spanning retailers
  • Define optimization strategies aligned to ecommerce performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, TACoS, incremental revenue)
  • Continuously monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Design testing roadmaps across ad for mats, audience targeting, product selection, and creative approaches to drive incremental performance.
  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, communicating performance insights, optimization recommendations, and strategic opportunities.
