The Manager of Sales for Tesla’s direct to customer residential energy program will lead national growth across solar, Powerwall, and integrated home energy solutions. You will oversee the full customer sales journey from initial engagement through contract conversion and handoff to installation. This role includes leadership of both the pre order sales team and the post order design consultant team that ensures customers receive a system tailored to their energy needs. You will partner with product, marketing, operations, and process teams to shape and execute strategies that simplify the buying experience. Expect to bring a disciplined, data driven approach to forecasting, performance management, and customer insights.
