About The Position

Manage the daily operations of rehabilitative services. Develop specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Assess quality of patient care and coordinates services with patients and healthcare providers. Manage staff relations and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Oversee departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • One or more of the following required: Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Exercise Physiologist credentialed from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Hearing and Speech Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
