Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic recruiting operations, talent programs, or workforce planning within high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform raw recruitment data into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and deep familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven tools.
  • Proven financial acumen, including recruitment budgeting, vendor evaluation, and ROI analysis.
  • Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and scaling operations or recruiting teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruitment strategy to organizational growth goals.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to improve recruiting workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment operations and programs as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leading initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and hiring outcomes.
  • Translate complex recruitment data into executive-level insights, enabling informed decisions on workforce planning, growth strategy, and organizational priorities.
  • Own and optimize the recruitment technology ecosystem, continuously evaluating emerging tools to enhance automation, performance, and candidate experience.
  • Design and implement scalable hiring processes aligned with long-term business objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Lead recruitment budget strategy, vendor management, and ROI analysis to maximize operational efficiency and financial impact.
  • Forecast recruiting capacity, monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions to ensure consistent delivery across departments.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to align goals and accelerate execution.
  • Lead and develop the recruitment coordination team, establishing performance metrics, coaching plans, and sustainable team structures.
