Requirements
- 5–8+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition for a small to mid-size organization.
- Skilled at sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
- Experienced in shaping culture and employee engagement programs.
- Strong communicator, collaborator, and influencer.
- Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.
- Passionate about learning and helping people grow.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition for all roles, building strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen our culture, engagement, and retention.
- Monitor and improve our brand publicly as a great place to work.
- Implement performance management and recognition programs aligned with our values.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring and staff retention.
