This role serves as a strategic partner to employees and leaders, ensuring that workplace culture and inclusion are recognized as essential drivers of organizational effectiveness and high-quality public service. The Culture & Inclusion Program Manager will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate closely with Human Resources partners, organizational leaders, and employees to support a thriving, people-centered workplace. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to creating meaningful practices and programs that enhance the employee experience and strengthen service delivery for an organization of approximately 4,000 employees across a diverse, multi-functional workforce.
