We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead and innovate physician recruiting strategies across multiple specialty divisions. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll mentor recruiters, optimize pipelines, and leverage technology to drive measurable growth in physician placements. Design and execute physician-focused recruiting strategies to improve fill rates and recruiter performance. Innovate sourcing channels and pipeline-building techniques for hard-to-fill specialties. Partner with sales, marketing, sourcing, and analytics teams to align recruiting plans with business goals. Introduce technology and automation to maximize recruiter efficiency and reporting. Mentor recruiters at all levels, fostering professional growth and productivity. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and events to attract top physician talent. Strategic Communication & Leadership – Leads cross-functional initiatives, communicates strategies clearly, and delivers compelling presentations to drive alignment and engagement.
