Manager, Radiology Operations
About The Position
This position is responsible for planning, directing, organizing and coordinating radiology services for all assigned facilities. Serves as a subject matter expert and acts as the technical resource for the region in designated specialized area. Responsible for the design and oversight of highly reliable imaging operations including accountabilities for quality of care, quality of members experience, affordability, standard work and employee, experience and competence. Accountable for role modeling principles defined in KP Mission and Standards and creating a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Direct radiology operation by planning, implementing and monitoring short and long-term actions consistent with the organizations mission and strategic plan and the departments mission and strategic objectives.
- Integrate radiology service goals with the goals of the organization
- Responsible for and monitors imagings performance on key indicators to include affordability, quality and service.
