The Manager, Radiology Operations will work collaboratively and effectively with the Director and Chair of Radiology to develop and implement policy and procedure along with programs and workflows to support quality, finance and growth of the department. The Manager, Radiology Operations is responsible for the daily operations of imaging support functions and clinical operations, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in healthcare business and/or operations
- Intermediate knowledge of budgeting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in business administration
- Certified in any imaging modality
