Job Overview The Manager, Quality Reporting and Analytics has the primary responsibility for managing, leading, coordinating, and assisting with core projects and key accountabilities of the IPA Network Operations Department, and to support AltaMed Health Services’ mission to improve the health of members through the provision of high-quality care and services. These projects may include, but are not limited to, performance improvement projects (PIPs/IPs), health initiatives, HEDIS/MCAS, interventions to improve quality outcomes or member satisfaction, DHCS QI program requirements, NCQA Accreditation, Value-Based Payment programs (VBP), quality dashboards and reporting analysis. The position may work closely with internal partners from the Quality, Provider Network, Communications & Branding, Utilization Management Teams as well as IPA Community Based Providers, external vendors, and community partners to execute on project deliverables, foster engagement, and to ensure the best possible outcomes. The position will assist in data analysis and reporting for the implementation of QI Projects and/or ad hoc initiatives to support QI deliverables and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Informatics, Nursing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ progressive experience in health care / managed care required.
  • In depth knowledge of and experience with clinical quality management and related business goals and practices within related areas preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid/Medicare recipients and community services preferred.
  • Experience in project development and / or health policy preferred.
