Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferred field of study in a scientific discipline.
Experience in a pharma cGMP environment, with strong knowledge of GxP auditing and Quality Systems.
Skilled in managing audits, regulatory interactions, and compliance-driven activities in a fast-paced, highly regulated setting.
Demonstrated leadership capability with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and structured investigation methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across departments.
Ability to apply continuous improvement thinking and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance Compliance function, ensuring operations comply with GMP and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage internal, external, client, and GxP audits, including preparing site teams, coordinating responses, and tracking corrective actions.
Guide and support customer and regulatory inspections as a subject matter expert for QA Operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring quality best practices are embedded across the organization.
Oversee key Quality Systems, including deviations, CAPA, change control, risk management, and quality metrics/KPIs.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of QA Compliance professionals.
Participate in cross-functional activities such as Technology Transfer, Quality Review Boards, and customer calls to maintain strong Quality representation.
