NATURE AND SCOPE Reporting to the Director, Compliance Advisory leads the credit union’s compliance testing and quality assurance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. This role oversees process reviews, control assessments, and remediation efforts to minimize organizational risk and strengthen compliance effectiveness. The Manager, Compliance Quality directs and develops compliance team members, partners with business and risk stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in compliance quality and risk management practices across the organization.
