Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Manager to own and advance our external communications strategy for a growing SaaS company in the hospitality technology space. This role sits within the marketing leadership team and is responsible for shaping our narrative, strengthening earned media presence, and elevating both company and executive visibility. This position goes beyond reactive PR. The ideal candidate brings strong point of view, sound judgment, and momentum—someone who can identify the right stories to tell, shape how we show up in the market, and actively influence outcomes rather than simply distribute announcements. This role is not a technical writing or product documentation role. It is focused on industry storytelling, thought leadership, media engagement, and brand credibility.
