Peloton is looking for a Manager, Promotions Go-To-Market, who will be responsible for the execution of our discounting and promotional plans across the Peloton global business. This role will directly impact Peloton's revenue growth and Member acquisition across the Connected Fitness portfolio (hardware products) and subscription services. Partnering with experts on a wide variety of teams (Brand & Consumer Marketing, Creative, Consumer Insights, Ecommerce, Legal, Member Support etc.), you will be the central hub for bringing our promotions to life, ensuring seamless execution. This is a hands-on role for a highly operational and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You'll be responsible for developing and refining processes, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring every component of a promotion, from the technical discount set-up to the marketing elements (emails, website updates, digital media assets, etc), is executed flawlessly. While this is an operations-focused role, a strong background in marketing campaign planning and go-to-market is essential. Peloton is seeking a leader with a bias for action and who can navigate ambiguity.
