The Manager, Commercial Enablement, is a key member of the North America (NA) Go-to-Market Team at McCain. This role will assume responsibility for driving and influencing the execution of Channel plans relevant to operators and sales representative partners, equipping the sales organization and our external partners to effectively win in the market. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional execution, creative and innovative thinking, commercial business savvy and hands-on, detailed involvement in the day-to-day business. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of accomplishment, delivering robust category, sales and customer and channel plans and commitment that have fuelled incremental growth for top-tier organizations. They will be able action strategic plans through a strong commercial acumen, data literacy partnered with creative solutions and ability to create, and deliver execution that furthers McCain’s competitive advantage with the Customer. This individual has a tendency to thrive in environments with broad flexibility and scope. They will be able to challenge the status and translate an identified opportunity into creative, innovative actionable plans with the ability to prioritize, create clarity, drive excitement and engagement for execution.
