The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are seeking a collaborative and self-led Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Enablement Consultant to join the Foundations GTM Enablement team, partnering closely with SaaS and Demand Generation Operations teams. You will design and deliver scalable enablement programs that equip our customer‑facing teams with the skills, tools, and processes needed to execute confidently across LinkedIn’s SaaS offerings. We believe enablement is most effective when it is practical, measurable, and embedded into how teams work — not delivered as one-off training. As a GTM Enablement Consultant, you are responsible for recommendations that influence GTM processes, metrics, and performance. You are highly attuned to the SaaS and Demand Generation organization’s strategy and goals, acting as extension of its leadership team and partnering with senior leaders to provide enablement solutions and change management plans that help increase the organization’s productivity.
