About The Position

As a Data Analyst embedded within the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization, you will play a central role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive revenue strategy and operational efficiency. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations leadership to define business questions, build robust data assets, design dashboards, and deliver analyses that influence decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role spans the full analytical lifecycle, from data extraction and modeling to visualization and communication of insights. You will also contribute to maturing data products and ensuring high-quality standards for GTM analytics. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably embedded in RevOps or GTM functions in B2B SaaS
  • Expertise in SQL for data extraction and analysis, and proficiency with modern data warehouses
  • Strong skills in data visualization and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Experience in Python for data analysis and visualization
  • Analytical mindset with strong statistical reasoning and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with GTM motions, including sales, marketing, and customer success metrics, is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytical counterpart to GTM leadership, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success initiatives
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for revenue growth, pipeline efficiency, and retention
  • Perform end-to-end data analysis, including extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization of metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, optimize data processes, and improve GTM operations
  • Contribute to the development of internal data products and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, providing recommendations that drive strategic decisions
