Position Summary Serves as the primary project manager responsible for retaining plan accreditation through the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) for our self-insured federal plan sponsors in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) program and the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) program. This role ensures all AAAHC documentation, compliance, and cross-functional requirements are met, while also leading additional projects that support broader business goals as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of health insurance experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and deliver projects on time with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and high-quality outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to assess risks and recommend effective solutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated growth mindset, including agility in navigating change and commitment to developing yourself and others

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the Federal Employee Health Benefit Program
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
