About The Position

ABOUT GMR MARKETING We are the Experience Agency Making Unforgettable Stories Born of Humanity NOT JUST EXPERIENTIAL. EXPERIENCE. The lines have blurred. People live in the physical, digital, and social worlds all at once, and your brand experiences should do the same. NOT JUST TELLING. MAKING. The best stories are lived, not heard. Make an immersive world for people to explore so they can experience something they’ll never forget. NOT JUST CONSUMERS. HUMANS. It all starts with the human. If you want to make a lasting impact, look beyond the wallet to understand what motivates and inspires people. GMR is looking for a project management professional to join our growing team within the Enablement Office, a group focused on streamlining how we work and driving operational excellence across the agency. In this role, you’ll manage creative workstreams within larger, cross-functional programs, partnering closely with end-to-end project managers to ensure creative components are executed smoothly, efficiently, and on time. This role is deeply embedded in the day-to-day of creative delivery. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to creative teams by translating high-level timelines into actionable plans, proactively managing details, and serving as a quality and accountability partner throughout the process. We’re looking for someone who understands creative workflows, knows how to collaborate with creative and production teams, and thrives on bringing order to complexity from concept through final delivery. Agency experience is a strong plus, along with a solid foundation in project management best practices. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love collaborating across teams, and want to help shape how we deliver bold, creative work, we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

  • Program Leadership . You’ll manage creative workstreams within complex, multi-workstream programs from planning and estimating to scoping and execution partnering closely with internal teams and client partners. You’ll help keep creative deliverables on track financially and operationally, ensuring clear communication, role alignment, and smart risk management along the way. This includes translating high-level program timelines into detailed creative plans by building and managing granular micro-milestones, daily tasks, and checkpoints that keep teams aligned and accountable. You’ll also lead weekly internal creative check-ins to align priorities, review in-flight work, anticipate upcoming needs, and surface risks early to maintain momentum and delivery.
  • Day-to-Day Creative Project Management. You will own the day-to-day management of creative work, clearly defining responsibilities, setting internal deadlines, and holding team members accountable to commitments. You’ll proactively chase and organize missing inputs, assets, approvals, and feedback, partnering closely with Account Leads to keep work moving forward. Along the way, you’ll maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including task lists, timelines, feedback logs, versioning, and status updates, ensuring visibility and alignment across creative, account, and production teams.
  • Financial Acumen. You have experience managing and maintaining budgets, tracking estimates, identifying potential overages or scope risks, and communicating financial check-ins or updates to collaborative partners. You are comfortable supporting estimating and SOW development with input from subject matter experts, ensuring creative work is appropriately scoped, resourced, and financially sound.
  • Creative Project Management. You’ll support the creative process end to end, from planning and resourcing through execution and delivery, ensuring work stays on track, on budget, and aligned with project goals. This includes managing workflows and changes, proactively addressing risks or roadblocks, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Your ability to connect the big picture to day-to-day details helps create clear roadmaps and successful outcomes.
  • Coaching & Growth. You’ll have the opportunity to guide and support a team member, helping them navigate their day-to-day work while encouraging their long-term growth. As an early-career people leader, you’ll create a supportive environment where questions, learning, and new ideas are encouraged. You’ll help your team member set goals, build skills, and stay aligned with GMR’s values all while fostering a positive, learning-focused culture and ensuring they have the tools and feedback they need to succeed.
  • Dynamic Mindset. You’re a natural problem-solver who takes initiative, stays organized, and knows how to adapt when things change. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to keep things moving without losing sight of the details.
