About The Position

SAP Taulia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Project Management to lead and develop our US-based Project Management team within SAP Taulia Professional Services. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP Taulia solutions for our customers across the North American market. You will directly manage a team of Project Managers, focusing on coaching, performance management, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to SAP Taulia's delivery methodologies. As the Manager of Project Management, you will report to the Head of Professional Services. This role requires strong people leadership, operational focus, a deep understanding of SaaS implementation life cycles, and a commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction. You will drive operational excellence within the US Project Management team, ensure consistent project execution, and foster a culture of accountability and customer-first delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and developing a team
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project escalations and complex delivery challenges.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS implementation lifecycle.
  • Commitment to operational rigor and process adherence.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Experience managing project delivery in the Fintech or Supply Chain Finance sector.
  • Experience working with global delivery models or cross-functional teams.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for PM resources in the region, owning capacity planning and resource onboarding for upcoming projects.
  • Working closely with Sales to ensure delivery readiness and a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to Taulia's quality standards.
  • Provide escalation support and actively engage in critical customer projects as needed.
  • Monitor Project Manager performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain strong relationships with US customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the US Project Management team to foster a high-performing culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews, manage career development plans, and support continuous skill enhancement for team members.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload planning for Project Managers across the US.
  • Foster a collaborative environment aligned with Taulia’s cultural values.
  • Ensure consistent application of Taulia's implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices by the Project Management team.
  • Collaborate with the Services Operations team to refine tools, templates, and processes specific to the market.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance project efficiency and predictability.
  • Track and report on key project metrics, identifying and mitigating risks across the portfolio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Project Management team for internal Sales, Customer Success, and Product organizations.
  • Drive internal communication within the US Project Management team, ensuring alignment with regional and global Professional Services objectives and KPIs.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning efforts for Professional Services delivery in the US market.
